About Your Trainer
Kim Leader D Hyp Psych (Trainer, Lecturer and Hypnotherapist)
Kim has been delivering training for a number of years and only facilitates in subjects related to his field of expertise.
He has worked in the field of substance misuse for seven years, specialising in young persons work and providing training and consultancy to other service providers. He is well known for his enthusiasm, resourcefulness and ability to engage the hardest to reach, challenging young people.
Kim now works as a successful Trainer, Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, helping people to transform their lives quickly and effectively.

Solution Focused Brief Therapy
Drugs Awareness
The Drug Awareness course includes training on signs and symptoms, drug affects and their categories as well as effective practices for working with people who use Substances.
However I often design the course to suit the needs of the organisation which I am presenting to and in this instance I have forms that the participants can fillout in advance to ensure that the training is entirely relevant to you.
Duration: 1 day
Time: 10 – 4.30pm
Cost: £400 per day
Maximum Participants: 12
Any additional participants will be charged at £50 per head
An additional charge of just £200 is payable for bespoke Drug Awareness courses, which includes an initial meeting to discuss your requirements, handouts and the design of the course.
Motivational Interviewing
This two day training comprises of the skills needed to perform Motivational Interviewing so that you can support people in creating lasting change.
This is a practical training in which you will be utilising the Cycle of Change and find out how to Roll with any Resistance that you may face.
NICE guidance recommends this approach for work in the field of Substance Misuse.

Solution Focused Brief Therapy
This is a simple yet profoundly effective counselling, style with a set of tools that can dramatically affect the way in which you relate to clients as well magnetically gravitating your clients towards their goals.
The two days gives an overview of each of the components which make up SFBT, with the opportunity to practice them within a safe environment.

Transformation Skills
Transformation Skills is an inspiring two day course designed to give participants a basic knowledge of a set of powerful tools to enable the transformation of self and others.
In this training you will learn linguistic patterns from NLP and Hypnosis, combined with the style of Solution Focused Brief Therapy, tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and the application of Motivational Interviewing.
This is one of the first courses of it's kind, giving you an exciting repertoire of transferable skills that are are equally influential in creating profound changes accross fields such as Service based proffessionals, Marketing & Advertising, Traning Delivery and Management.

Room and Food
All organisations are expected to provide a suitable room and food for the participants. The cost of the training includes the facilitation and resources.
Bespoke Services
I undertake requests for bespoke training on all the subjects offered here. This will entail an initial meeting detailing the request along with a written proposal formalising what will be delivered.

Impact Evaluation
As well as a short evaluation after the training to identify participant’s satisfaction, I can offer an impact evaluation after six months
This involves contacting each of the participants to check and refresh the learning, in addition to seeing how participants are utilising the training within their life and workplace.
