I work as an accredited Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist adopting a Solution Focused method, with a Human Givens framework to identify and resolve unfulfilled needs. Basically, this means that I work to find quick results by supporting you to resolve your physical and emotional needs, which are essentially the cause of most problems.


While I appreciate that it can be helpful on occasions to explore the past my main focus is how things will be different when you have overcome your issue and the strategies you can employ to get there.
