I am validated with the General Hypnotherapy Register and adhere to their strict Code of Ethics.

I am an accredited Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist adopting a Solution Focused method, with a Human Givens framework to identify and resolve unfulfilled needs. Basically, this means that I work to find quick results by supporting you to resolve your physical and emotional needs, which are essentially the cause of most problems.

While I appreciate that it can be helpful on occasions to explore the past my main focus is how things will be different when you have overcome your issue and the strategies you can employ to get there.

You can rest assured that I not only receive regular Supervision from a highly trained and experienced Hypnotherapist, but I also provide Supervision for Hypnotherapists.

As a Hypnotherapist, I use the most up-to-date, safe methods I have found to help my clients simply, quickly and effectively.

I believe that I am able to support you in making the change you would like and that you have the access to all the resources you need to make that change.
