Kim has been delivering training for a number of years and only facilitates in subjects related to his field of expertise.
He has worked in the field of substance misuse for seven years, specialising in young persons work and providing training and consultancy to other service providers. He is well known for his enthusiasm, resourcefulness and ability to engage the hardest to reach, challenging young people.
Kim now works as a successful Trainer, Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, helping people to transform their lives quickly and effectively.

Introduction to Hypnosis
This one day event is excellent for the beginner to learn not only what Hypnosis really is, but how to apply it in a safe and comfortable environment.
You will get to profoundly experience just what it can feel like to go into a deep trance, as well as being able to access that state for your self and others.
This is an opportunity to learn the applications of Self Hypnosis, where you will find out how you are using this everyday, but more importantly you will begin to use it to your advatage.

Conversational Hypnosis for Health Care Professionals
If you are a Health Care Professionals then you are in a position of authority.
Your patients will rely to varying degrees upon the physical support you give and/or your expertise in your field of work.
Studies show that suggestions given by those who are seen as an authority will have far more weight to them. This means that what you say, and the way you say it will profoundly affect your patients recovery.
Consider for a moment the example below of Hypnosis occuring in a health care setting.
Imagine for a moment, a doctor giving a patient the news that they have cancer. You can imagine the shock and the glazed over expression as they process this information. This is the kind of experience that causes a trance state.
Whatever is said next will serve as a Hypnotic suggestion, and the patient will cling onto every word that the Doctor says next. Studies show that these suggestions can have a powerful impact on a pateints recovery for both positive and negative consequences.
Of course there are many more examples of where the use of Conversation Hypnosis can be a great tool to gain some profound affects.

Hypnosis for Business Creativity

Each of the participants will fill out a questionnaire which will give me the relevant information to formulate a tailored session specifically for the needs of your organisation.
The session will open with an exploration of the needs and solutions to the issues or concerns raised whether they are with policy, marketing, business relationships or indeed any aspect of the business that you wish to succeed in.
After this you will be gently guided into a soothing trance, where you will be able to find solutions and resources which enable you to accomplish new levels of success.

Hypnosis Workshop for working with Addictions
This addictions workshop is a game of three halves.
Firstly we will explore the nature of addictions and how you can overcome them.
In the following section you will discover new ways of working with addictions and how you can suport people to become free of their addictions using advanced linguistic skills and Conversational Hypnosis.
Lastly you will get to experience a Group Hypnosis session which is tailored to the needs and requirements that you individualy request as a group.

- how to dissociate the addiction from the identity
- how to change the associations that propel you towards the addiction

Hypnosis Workshop for Stress Management
In the first half of this workshop we will explore the nature of stress, it's affects and how people manage it.
After this you will discover how to access useful mental and emotional states to peacefully combat stress and find relaxation.
Then you will be gently guided into a wonderfully soothing trance state, where you will be able to find solutions and resources that will help you to find balance in those old situations that used to cause you stress.
This workshop will leave you with lasting tools to be to master your thoughts and emotions and manage stress in profound new ways.

Learning Trances, for Teachers
I would like you to open your mind for a moment to the possibility that every pupil will drift in and out of a trance state at various times throughout a lesson. This is because it is a naturally occuring phenominon that happens all the time.
It happens when you focus, when you use your imagination and daydream. It happens when you immerse yourself in books and it happens when you’re teaching.
You will probably be able to recall seeing a student in a daydreaming. When you compare the image of a pupil daydreaming with the qualities of how a waking trance state might look like, you can begin to recognise these naturally occurring examples.
Indicators such as eyes being glazed over, an internal focus of attention and use of imagination would be common.
Another example of a naturally occuring trance can be observed when a teacher reads a story book captivating the children's focus, imagination and attention which are the main ingredients for Hypnosis.
Consider for a moment that influence is an integral part of teaching. If the teacher did not influence the students in any way during the lesson, then what learning would have happened?
A Hypnotist knows that when people are in a trance, they are more susceptible to suggestions and they are more open to new learning.
Oftentimes a students daydreaming is seen as a hindrance to their learning rather an opportunity to enhance it.
You will learn how you can utilise these opportunities and so much more when you combine your teaching skills with communication and influence skills.

Room and Food
All organisations are expected to provide a suitable room and food for the participants. The cost of the training includes the facilitation and resources.
Bespoke Services
I undertake requests for bespoke training on all the subjects offered here. This will entail an initial meeting detailing the request along with a written proposal formalising what will be delivered.

Impact Evaluation
As well as a short evaluation after the training to identify participant’s satisfaction, I can offer an additional service on an impact evaluation after six months.
This involves contacting each of the participants to check and refresh the learning, in addition to seeing how participants are utilising the training within their life and workplace.
