Below you will find some resources that are useful when overcoming depression.

Depression usually causes lower energy levels and motivation, which in turn means that we often stop doing things, or avoid activities we used to find pleasure in. In turn, this leads to a less fulfilling life adding to low mood

Though we may find that engaging in he activities that may help us very difficult, especially when the pleasure appears to have been sucked out of them, it is important nonetheless to get back to doing the things we used find rewarding. Even if they are things that were fairly simple when not feeling depressed tasks such as having a shower, cleaning our room, seeing friends for example.
