Hello, I am Kim Leader. I am an NHS trained cognitive behavioural therapist and one of Brighton's longest established hypnotherapists.

I aim to offer the right balance of warmth and challenge. I will listen carefully and seek to understand your experience, while also being honest, practical and willing to help sessions stay focused on the changes that matter to you.
